You can most definitely make a provision for your pets in your will. In fact, I suggest I think it’s a good idea. First of all, where is your pet going to go? Who’s now going to have ownership of your pet? Secondly, who’s going to take care of the annual checkups with the doctor, food, any medicine costs or if the pet gets sick, you need somebody that’s going to be able to take care of those things. You want to make that designation inside of your will and you probably want to put some money aside for that purpose as well. Are you ready to set this up? Don’t hesitate to contact our firm. We are ready to help you.
